As a student you can participate in many different Antwerp, national and international competitions and tournaments.
ANTWERP STUDENTS LEAGUE
The Antwerp Students League (ASL) is the biggest competition for students in Antwerp, played during the entire academic year, during one semester or during one evening. Different competitions and events are offered. Discover all sports and information on the Antwerp Students League page.
INTERFACULTY COMPETITION
The interfaculty competition – Interfac – is a fun competition that takes place between various student associations located on the outdoor campuses (Campus Middelheim, Campus Groenenborger and Campus Drie Eiken). They all compete against each other in different sports on Monday and/or Wednesday evenings.

TEAM SPORTS
Yearly the University of Antwerp, AP University Collage and/or Association sports teams take part in the Flemish student championships. If you are an athlete who adores competitive sports and is looking for a new challenge, you’ve come to the right place!

PCU COMMITTEE TOURNAMENTS
The PCU Committee is the university sports oriented platform of Panathlon International, the global leader in sports ethics and IOC recognized since 1982. The PCU Committee organizes and endorses university sport events with the focus on fair play and ethics in student sports. The University of Antwerp hosts and co-organizes many PCU Committee events. The PCU Bridge Trophy is a free bridge event for universities and university colleges worldwide. The event will be held at the University of Antwerp City Campus. Teams of vier – zes students will battle for the trophy. Do you want to participate with your team? Sign up for free through this link.

The PCU Games are an international sports tournament hosted in Antwerp. Over 450 (inter)national students participate in three different sports: basketball (m/f), futsal (m/f) and volleyball (m/f). Become part of the University, AP University Collage or Association sports team and you will get the unique opportunity to compete in this international tournament!

The PCU International University Tennis Tournament (hard court) is a yearly tennis event for universities and university colleges worldwide, with emphasis on Fair Play and Universal Friendship. The University of Antwerp yearly competes in this tournament with a select group of male and female tennis players. Send an e-mail to elien.hendrickx@uantwerpen.be with your current level and a short motivation letter if you would like to join the selection.
