Basic-Fit subscription
As a student or staff member, you can claim the Basic-Fit annual subscription discount.
You can purchase a discounted Basic-Fit annual subscription at any time of the year as long as you have a valid Sportsticker. Please note, Sportsticker remains valid for one academic year (see FAQ ‘How long is my Sportsticker valid?’). This differs from a Basic-Fit annual subscription that remains valid for one year, regardless of when you purchased it.
*Use the same smartphone every time. Your account will be automatically locked if you switch devices and reinstall the app.
Always check the website of Basic-Fit for opening times and specific conditions.
Covid-19 update
As of March 7, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mouth mask before, during and after sports activities. For events, the Covid Safe Ticket is also no longer required.
However, remain cautious because the virus is still circulating. The mouth mask is still recommended, especially when you are among many people.

How long is my Sportsticker valid?
You can purchase Sportsticker whenever you want throughout the year but keep in mind that Sportsticker remains valid for only one academic year each time. The old Sportsticker subscription ends on June 30 and a new Sportsticker subscription starts on July 1.
Is the Sportsticker offer completely free?
The Sportsticker offer consists of several components that you can participate in for free or at discount rates.

How do I cancel a sport session?
You can book a spot to participate in one or more group classes through the online reservation tool. Just follow these steps:
*The account with which you purchased/activated your Sportsticker.
Have you changed your mind or do you suddenly feel ill and do you want to cancel an existing reservation? This can easily be done through the reservation tool.

I can’t log in to the application
An error message when logging into the application may be due to one of the following:

I can’t log in to my account
I don’t have a smartphone
If you don’t have a smartphone then an alternative entrance ticket will be sent to your home. Just email your address details to info@sportsticker.be.
I’ve payed 2x times for the Sportsticker?
If you have accidentally paid twice for Sportsticker (e.g. once via bank transfer and once online), you are entitled to a refund. Please email info@sportsticker.be with the correct purchase details so that there can be a refund.
Payed but you didn’t receive a Sportsticker?
If you have already paid, but still can’t find a valid Sportsticker in your online web account, it may be due to one of the following:
Had an accident?
Students and staff are always insured for sports accidents. If you de-register from your program during the academic year, your Sportsticker remains valid but you are no longer insured.
Want to report an accident? Contact info@sportsticker.be and a Sportsticker staff member will provide you with the appropriate documents/contact information from your educational institution.
Health insurance form
After paying for your Sportsticker, you will receive an email with the link to the reimbursement form. If you did not receive this confirmation email, please send an email to info@sportsticker.be to request it.
No confirmation email received after payment
The confirmation email contains important information about Sportsticker and the application. Check your spam folder in your mailbox.

Where is my Sportsticker?
As of academic year 2020-2021, the physical sports card was replaced by the Sportsticker app and you will no longer receive mail. All information about this digitization can be found in the confirmation email you receive after payment.
